Route [statamic.cp.mailchimp.config.edit] not defined. When routes are cached.

Description

When ever I cache the routes with the mailchimp plugin installed I get a 500 error when visiting the CP and the log says Route [statamic.cp.mailchimp.config.edit] not defined., as soon as the clear the route cache this issues resolves itself.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install plugin
2. Cache routes
3. Get 500 error when visiting the CP.
