Using nav on entry

I'm doing this to list out my navigation content.

Using nav for my navigation bar pretty straight forward, but I need to create a page that list my nav content in list format. I'm using fieldtype code and adding above content. Somehow {{title}} {{permalink}} and {{url}} displaying current page value. So it display the same content in a loop.
