Default Column Layout

I'm able to orgnaise my columns in a table in the control panel, but it only changes it for my user.

I can't seem to find anywhere that will allow me to setup a default table layout!

So an example:

I make a collection of logos. I'd like the actual logo to be shown in the control panel when looking at the collection by default for when other users are added.

Is this possible?
