[6.x] Bard inline image with alt text causes scroll on publish form load

Bug description

When working with longer articles in a Bard field, adding an inline image and setting an alt text on that image can cause the publish form to scroll to the image on page load.

How to reproduce

1. Create a longer article using a Bard field
2. Insert an inline image/asset somewhere in the content
3. Set an alt text for the inline image
4. Save the entry
5. Reopen the publish form
