Return final results to user from happi function

As part of the happi function results, give user final parameter estimates, unpenalized LR statistic, and p-value. (to-do for Sarah)

Additionally remove redundancy in run_happi function and create a separate function to perform testing (either LRT or nonparametric permutation test).
