[BUG] Major Alignment bug in the TextArea and Small Update To the How To Play Modal

1. In the textarea, once rendered on mobile, when a user goes to press it and input an answer, the cursor is above the box, this needs fixed so the cursor is in the proper location, see the green circle in image 1:
   

2. Need to update the Tip: Section in the How To Play pop up modal:

   • Currently says Tip: The riddle explores themes of reflection, inheritance, and what it means to build with tools that mirror ourselves. needs to say Tip: Check the hints tab to understand this Riddle better. See image 2 for the current displayed message as well:
