GHA salsify/action-detect-and-tag-new-version no longer maintained #70
Description
The template uses the GitHub Action salsify/action-detect-and-tag-new-version, which is no longer maintained. The last release was in 2022, and the author request that others can take ownership of the repo.
The GHA gives this warning: The following actions use a deprecated Node.js version and will be forced to run on node20
The template should switch to another maintained GHA, or to a fork of the repo that is maintained.
