Move e2e tests to goerli, running our own node

As a developer/tester
I want to run tests against our own node on the goerli network
So that we don't burn through infura allowance

Notes

• run our own synced node and expose it so that sauce lab can hit it
• recreate simpledapp.eth om goerli with the same actions it has on ropsten now
• to have working ENS names on Goerli
• made 1-1 commands on e2e builds to work on ropsten
• find a way to receive tokens except STT on goerli
• check app on Goerli (it is not working now)
• have collectibles on goerli

In terms of e2e:

• change assets/balances for all test users (approx 50 users)
• to align tests with possible new flows from app.

Ropsten has now synced, I will run e2e tests against it to see what we get.
