GDPR privacy policy issue #813

Hello,
First of all I'd like to thank you for your amazing work.
I need some support to workaround a problem I realised there currrently is.
In order to follow and comply GDPR European laws, in our comment sections/forms, we need a checkbox that user have to select to be able to leave a comment in a website. By checking this checkbox, the user accepts our terms and conditions so we (website owners) comply with the GDPR European laws.
I've seen that there's already an open issue since 2019 where I couldn't find a proper solution for this.
Another thing I currently need is the privacy policy page of stCR where explains what happens with the sensitive data retrieved from our users suscriptions. I need this link to add it in my privacy policy page.
I'm looking forward for your response.
