[RFC]: add `array/base/map`

Add functional interface for calling a provided callback once for each element in a provided array-like object and returning a new array with the returned results.

If an input array-like object has a map method, we should delegate to that; otherwise, we need to perform manual iteration, including support for accessor arrays.

For this package, we should support an assign API to allow providing an output array.

Notes:

• This was my first time working with Cursor AI/IDE. I spent a good amount of time (Not recording time) to figure out giving the right-ish prompts with enough context.

• The workflow wasn’t too different from my usual approach—I referenced similar implementations to develop new functionality. The main difference was that instead of manually navigating the codebase, I relied on Cursor’s codebase indexing to provide context to the AI.

• The time spent was mostly reviewing and fixing inconsistencies, as errors were not immediately apparent.
