I have raised a PR that implements the half-normal statistical distribution. I thoroughly had a look at the already implemented normal distribution package and tried my best to follow the same pattern while implementing the half-normal distribution package. I request you to please review it. Feel free to let me know if any further changes are required. Would be more than happy to implement more distribution functions for stdlib-js.
