App loosing connection

Hey, since yesterday all devices are red. Restart helps for seconds. Reconnecting only works when resetting settings otherwise error “app not ready”. Any solution. O changes in system made the last weeks.

Did you try to connect some timeline/notification to the error card? To see what the actual problem is?

From my experience it's pretty much expected that the connection will break every few months because of how the Amazon authentication works. But usually just going into the settings and disconnecting and then resetting should do the trick.

Hallo anbei der Screenshot. Das Problem scheint mir dem Eero System zusammen zu hängen welches bei mir das Routing übernimmt. Muss die App ständig neu verbinden. Zuvor hatte ich hier nie Probleme. No problem sorry, The problem seems to be connected to our routing system eero which ist interesting as I have not changed anything and the app worked fine before. This is the error code: Proxy-Error: Error [ERR_TIS_CERT_ALTNAME_ INVALID] : Hostname/IP does not match certificate's altnames: Host: www.amazon.com. is not in the cert's altnames: DNS: *.eero.com Thank you for your help

I guess you could change your DNS server in your routers settings to point to the google dns or the cloudflare dns

Hi, I have the same problem too, today it disconnects every minute, if I restart the app from homey it's ok, but after a while it's offline again

I gave up months ago. Changed DNS back and forth, Changed WiFi but connection drops every other day. Plus when trying to reconnect, it crashes the Honey App with continuous pop up error windows. Loved the Alexa integration but now put all automations back to the Alexa App.
