is stella deterministic?

I am into reinforcement learning research and I have a particular interest in the experimental reproducibility of experimental results.
I have a technical question: is Stella fully deterministic, or is there some source of randomness in it? and if so, can we seed the random generator.
Deterministic in the sense that say in a given game, the evolution of the game depends also on some randomness.
