Feature Request: Display when a memo is required before sending transaction #272

What problem does your feature solve?
SEP-29 requires the use of a memo. If a transaction is sent to a destination account where this memo is required, the transaction "may result in lost funds and requires manual actions from the custodial support staff". See SEP-29 motivation for more information.
What would you like to see?
Similar to the implementation in Freighter, check for memo required and block transaction submission if a memo is missing.
