Better user onboarding is need on https://lab.stellar.org/transaction-dashboard

On this page, the empty state is suboptimal as the user needs to go find a transaction hash.

What would you like to see?

Have an option like this page: https://lab.stellar.org/xdr/view? to fetch the latest transaction hash and input the hash into the transaction hash field so users can try out more easily.
