* Update getTransaction(s) endpoint docs to include events added in P23.

* Update getTransaction(s) examples

* drop diagnosticEvents from the Events object

* addressing review comments

* Add a note indicating that the events field is available P23 onwards

* Update openrpc/src/stellar-rpc/schemas/TransactionEvents.json
