There are loads of solutions around that are trying to get rid of the recruiter (very one-dimensional approach)

These offer false hope to candidates because they'll be "found" on LinkedIn and invited to this "platform for a job with Nike, Netflix, Google"

Why do these exist and why haven't they included real recruiters?
