bug: ts-morph should be a dependency, not a dev dependency

`ts-morph` is incorrectly listed as a dev-dependency: https://github.com/stencil-community/stencil-react-output-target/blob/ce410fed12552d65fe0884146f018c0070bcc902/packages/react-output-target/package.json#L24

This requires developer to additionally install the package in environments like pnpm which do not support ghost dependencies.
