Describe the bug
After player being bankrupted , The player can still perform actions in multi response cards.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to market
2. Get the a multi response card.
3. The actions are being shown to the bankrupted players.

Expected behaviour
Should not show the actions to the bankrupted players.
