Bankruptcy pop up is not being shown when landed on payday.

Describe the bug
After bankrupted, and landed on the payday, I cannot see the bankruptcy popup.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Land on payday, when you satisfy the bankruptcy.
2. You cannot see the bankruptcy pop up.

Expected behaviour
Should show the bankruptcy pop up.
