Is this tag only usable in the Extented profile?

This means, all profiles except XRechnung1 (legacy) and XRechnung

For me it is a bug not a discussion.

Laut XSD der letzten Dokumentation von ZUGFeRD, darf FaxUniversalCommunication nur noch im Extented Profil verwendet werden.
