Display the BT identifier

Hi,

There might already be a way to display the BT identifiers.

Otherwise, it would be a nice feature, as many customers ask if this or that BT field can be exported.

This way, the BT identifier could be displayed behind the actual field name.

Thanks for the idea. Can you elaborate the idea a bit? Do you want them as a table on the readme or as comments in the file?
