Clean up testing workflow for mcp-scripts #1
Description
Right now, mcp-ts-template-default contains a dependency on mcp-scripts which is hosted on npm. As a result, attempting to test new mcp-scripts features by running the jests tests in the mcp-init directory will fail unless the new mcp-scripts package is publish first. Testing in prod like this is obviously not ideal 🙃
