[Bug]: Staking Page - Lido CSM Website Link doesn't properly function #2198

Bug Description
When the CSM Monitoring Service is installed, the user has the option on the Staking page to visit the Lido CSM website, however the link currently leads nowhere.
To make sure this function properly, we should link for them depending on their current setup network
