Force prompt for builtin tasks

Apologies if this has been covered but I couldn't quite find it and it looks like default_template_prompt isn't a thing anymore.

In .mise.toml I'd have something like this:

[tasks.migrate-up]
description = "Apply database migrations"
run = 'migrate -path database/migrations -database "postgres://user:password@localhost:5432/sample_db?sslmode=disable" up'

[tasks.migrate-down]
description = "Rollback the last database migration"
run = 'migrate -path database/migrations -database "postgres://user:password@localhost:5432/sample_db?sslmode=disable" down 1'

[tasks.migrate-new]
description = "Generate a new migration using utility/generate_migration.sh"

Ideally it could detect when it should prompt for args but I'm fine with it forcing the prompt regardless.
