Stacked PRs?

I was reading through the book, and was excited to get to the Stacked PRs section, but alas, it's not there yet. Any idea on when it might be up for reading?

I'm working on a v2 of this tutorial, so.... a long while.

The short of it is that on github, using something like https://github.com/LucioFranco/jj-spr is a good idea
