Unable to scan localhost

Environment:

• OS and version: macOS Catalina 10.15.7
• Node.js version: v10.16.3
• broken-link-checker version: 0.7.8

I'm not able to scan my localhost. Every time I run a scan it completes right away. If I point to a different site the scan runs but not local. Here is my code. Am I missing something here?

worked fine for me using node v12.18.4 in docker
