Display if the current STIG you are seeing is the latest available for a given STIG

Imagine I'm looking at: https://stigaview.com/products/rhel8/v2r3/RHEL-08-010741/

if RHEL8 STIG v2r3 is the latest available stig, it would show somewhere in the page that this version is the latest available,

otherwise it would point to the latest available STIG for that specific distro.
