Replication job status via API #1071

Currently working on automating our data integration processes using Stitch. While I am able to start replication jobs programmatically using the API, I am having difficulty retrieving the status of an integration after initiating a replication job.
Specifically, I would like to understand how to determine if an integration has been fully processed correctly via the API.
Could you please provide guidance on how to retrieve the status of an integration using the Stitch API? Is there an updated endpoint or a recommended method for checking the status of replication jobs to confirm successful completion?
