Make Plattform Independent

We currently have two limiting factors that prevent the python script from running on macOS and Linux:

• The msg error command display

  • We could just disable that if we're not on windows

• Addressing the mcrcon executable as .exe, which we could probably also easily fix.

Lastly.:
It might be helpful to offer the mcrcondownload script for other platforms (maybe just rewrite it in python?)

On that note.:
We could also rewrite all the .bat logic in python. Thoug i'd still keep the .bat as easy entrypoint (but we could offer multiple of these (e.g. also a .sh...)
