Upgrade `embedded-hal` to `v1.0.0`

This crate uses 0.2.7 which is from 3 years ago. Is there any specific reason it hasn't been upgraded to v1.0.0?

Just checking the master and yeah you are right. But the version in crates.io uses 0.2
