ext_translations table not generated

I'm not sure if this should work, but I expect it to. I just added this bundle to my brand new Symfony 5 project. Everything seems to work fine, but when I try to edit my entity that's translatable I get that "ext_translations" table is missing. This sounds logical. However, when I run a bin/console doctrine:migrations:diff I get that there's no changes. Am I missing something obvious here?
