Temporary Containers per-domain isolation don't obey history delete container settings.

I know that there has been little/no movement on this project since the creator passed away, but still want to add this issue since I encountered it.

• Temporary Containers Version: 1.9.2
• Firefox Version: 130.0.1

Actual behavior

Non-history deleting containers are created

Expected behavior

History deleting containers should be created.

Steps to reproduce

1. Setup a domain to automatically be opened in temp containers (example: x.com)

2. Set all temp containers to open as history-deleting versions

3. Navigate to set domain, a regular temp container is created

4. However hitting the "create new temporary container" button on the tab bar does correctly create history deleting containers.

That seems to be by design. It even says in the mouse over prompt that it only affects Automatic Mode, Toolbar Icon and Right click context.

However, there is an option to enable it specifically for domains configured to be isolated that doesn't seem to be working.
