Accomplished Tasks

• Published migration tooling as a npm package
• Refactored and updated storachaMigrator.ts and storachaService.ts
• Updated examples and readme to import npm package.

Update

• The published npm package is to be used as an import instead of using the tool locally.
• Created and refactored the code to minimise the logic, and fixed the listSpaces() and listFilesInSpace() logic to fetch spaces and list uploaded files, respectively.
• Updated example to install and import storacha-migration-tool npm package.
• Updated README file for the npm package.

No, doing the same as AWS S3 and uploading the files directly to storacha without downloading.
