Update

• Made significant progress adding replicating functions and classes from the JS codec module of the js-unixfs library to python in the py-ipld-unixfs library.
  • I made even more progress in translating the functions and class this week that would handle encoding and decoding of UnixFS data into Protocol Buffers.
