Accomplished Tasks

• Integration of Cohort Invoice Modules with Storacha (save + retrieve opretaion) and integration using Lit protocol.
• Created initial dashboard visualizations of metric evolution via CID diffs (e.g., PR count trends, issue closure rates)
• Refactored MongoDB migration CLI with better error reporting and modular plugin architecture for data shape transformation

In Progress

• Enhancing ElizaOS plugin to support role-specific agents (reviewer, maintainer, contributor)
• Integrating real-time Storacha CID logs into dashboard timeline for auditability
• Finalizing GUI wrapper for MongoDB → Storacha migration tool for easier usage by non-technical team members
• Integrating CID-based snapshot comparison system for historical engagement metrics using Storacha MCP
• Enabling Storacha CID annotations for agent-layer tasks (summarization, anomaly tagging)

Storacha-Powered CID Analytics:

• CID diffs now power historical charts for:

  • Weekly contributor engagement deltas
  • PR and issue velocity

• We are in the early stages of the feature development where Agents can attach CID provenance metadata to each insight, supporting traceability and reproducibility

• Agent-Layer Improvements (in progress)

• Planning to have ElizaOS plugin filter prompts by CID scope (e.g., “summarize all PRs since CID-x”)

• Prompt templates refinement to improve tagging granularity (bugfixes, enhancements, docs)

• Early tests show improved relevance for async update summaries

MongoDB → Storacha Toolkit Enhancements:

• Added support for:

  • Plugin-based schema inference modules
  • Batch migration with parallelized CID chunking
  • CID-to-path mapping for selective retrieval

• Toolkit now tested with 3 real PLDG data formats (GitHub, Airtable exports)

What Went Well

• Refactored CLI improved testability and onboarding for new contributors

In Progress

• CID diffing across polymorphic records (e.g., GitHub issue comments) was challenging to normalize
• Airtable-to-Storacha schema mapping introduced variability in field-level CID generation
• Performance bottlenecks during bulk retrieval from Storacha due to nested DAG structure
• CID-based history tracking enabled confident time-travel analysis and regression insight
• ElizaOS prompt refinement made agent output much more usable in async contexts
