Accomplished Tasks

• Integrated Lit Protocol KYC module into Storacha for agent onboarding and verifiable identity claims.
• Enabled save and retrieve workflows for elder service billing, using Storacha as the decentralized backend.
• Launched ERC-20 token gated access to spreadsheet-based medical logs (e.g., medication tracking).
• Prototyped DIY medical notebook system, allowing local agents to write, encrypt, and sync patient records using Storacha.
• Added granular permission layers tied to token tiers and caregiver roles for specific storage segments.

Update

• Lit Protocol Integration for e-KYC in Storacha:

  • Developed a modular KYC flow using Lit Protocol to verify agent or caregiver identity through wallet signatures and encrypted credential storage.
  • Integrated into agent registration UI — ensuring only verified profiles can write to sensitive categories (medication, diagnosis, etc.).
  • DID-backed credential claims are saved into Storacha with retrieval triggers scoped by token and verification status.

• Elder Billing System Integration:

  • Created a storage and retrieval pipeline for medical billing records using Storacha.
  • Billing entries (date, services rendered, cost breakdown) are formatted to FHIR-like schema and tied to caregiver/agent signatures.
  • Added offline-first capability using IndexedDB + Storacha sync for mobile caregivers.

• Token-Gated Spreadsheet Logs (PPT ERC-20):

  • Spreadsheet-style input interface built for medication logs, restricted using the PPT token.
  • Token ownership determines access level (read-only, edit, export to CSV), with real-time verification through a custom gatekeeper smart contract.
  • Fields include timestamps, dosages, missed doses, and observations.

• DIY Medical System with Storacha Storage:

  • Empowered caregivers and families to build their own “DIY EMR” systems using plain spreadsheet or markdown templates.
  • Users can save notes, vitals, progress reports, or appointment summaries as encrypted records to Storacha.
  • Retrieval workflows include optional timestamping, access tokens, and email-as-HTML for basic record portability.

• Design role-based access layers (e.g., family member vs professional caregiver vs primary physician).
• Document best practices for token-gated storage usage across mobile, web, and offline settings.

1. Should we integrate Lit’s programmable key access with PPT token tiers for dynamic access scopes with Storacha?
2. What formats do you recommend for low-tech DIY caregivers who use spreadsheets and want multi-device sync?
3. Would a DAO-based claims registry for KYC’d agents be useful, or should identity remain local and wallet-bound?
4. Are there standards for token-gated healthcare logs that you’ve seen work well across multiple frontends (web/mobile)?
