Accomplished Tasks

• Deployed eKYC module using LIT + Storacha for contributor credentialing, issuing cohort-linked, CID-stamped identities.
• Enabled role-gated access control for contributor dashboard modules using token-authenticated CID queries.
• Persisted billing and participation metadata to Storacha with verifiable CID lineage for incentive transparency.
• Released CID-linked snapshot viewer with multi-cohort resolution and filtered lineage by contributor role, repo, or CSV input.
• Upgraded CSV importer to support batch annotation and per-record schema resolution during Storacha import.

In Progress

eKYC & Identity Layer:

• Contributor identities are now associated with verifiable CIDs issued via Storacha.
• eKYC metadata includes GitHub handle, join date, contributor role, and cohort tag.
• CID issuance is encrypted and scoped using LIT access control with future integration into ElizaOS agents.

Storacha-Backed Snapshot Tracking:

• Building cross-cohort snapshot comparison using versioned CID chains for dashboards.
• Snapshots now support embedded provenance (source CSV, uploader ID, timestamp).
• CID-based annotations are auto-resolved at import for GitHub and Airtable-sourced datasets.

Billing & Incentives Ledger:

• Contributor participation logs (attendance, outputs, bounties) are stored with verifiable CIDs.
• Role-based billing CID records enable transparent review of cohort outputs and rewards.
• CID chains now anchor payment summaries and participation thresholds per tech partner.

What Went Well

• CID lineage now supports real-time contributor identity issuance and billing verification.
• Role-scoped dashboard sections (e.g. mentor-only, reviewer-only) enforce CID-linked access logic.
• Contributor onboarding is now agent-compatible with future ElizaOS queries tied to eKYC metadata.

R&D Tasks

• Prototyping CID diff viewer for comparing contributor profiles across snapshots.
• Investigating schema-linked DAG structure optimizations for large cohort datasets.
• Planning Storacha integration for automated audit reports per contributor or tech partner.

Next Tasks

• Add filterable CID index by role, cohort, and repo affiliation.
• Enable snapshot resolution by time-window (weekly/monthly summaries).
• Deploy CID-based summary diffs to dashboard sidebar (ElizaOS-compatible).
• Finalize v0.3 schema spec for eKYC and participation billing CIDs.
• Automate snapshot export to IPFS + Storacha for archival consistency.

1. Should eKYC metadata be visible to all roles or scoped to contributor/mentor-only views?
2. How should role upgrades (e.g. contributor → mentor) be encoded across snapshots?
