Accomplished Tasks

• Implemented audit trail generator with caregiver-linked edit history and timestamp proofs.
• Enabled encrypted image uploads (for wound documentation, test results) in the DIY notebook system.
• Prototyped role-based access layers with customizable scopes (family, caregiver, physician).
• Began documenting token-gated storage usage across web, mobile, and offline workflows.

Update

Audit Trail System:

• Built a cryptographic logging system capturing every change in billing or medication logs.
• Audit history is visible through an “Access Log” view and supports PDF export for regulatory compliance.

Encrypted Image Upload in DIY Notebooks:

• Users can now attach photos to patient notes (e.g., injury progression, test strips).
• Images are encrypted using Lit protocol and stored in Storacha.
• Access permissions are governed by both token tier and caregiver role.

Role-Based Access Layers:

• Defined roles: family-member, caregiver, nurse, physician, admin.
• Each role maps to storage segments (e.g., view-only on medication logs for family, full access for nurses).
• Role configs are managed via a smart contract and dynamically fetched by frontend apps.

Documentation Progress:

• Drafted best practices for integrating PPT-token-gated Storacha storage across web, mobile, and offline-first caregivers.
• Created sample flows for token auth → file encrypt → store → retrieve with filter.

1. Should audit logs be on-chain or off-chain with hashes only stored on-chain for integrity?
2. Would you like to see biometric integration (e.g., voiceprint) for unlocking encrypted media via caregivers?
3. Should shared access workspaces include group chat or AI note summarization tools?
4. Would you prefer subscription billing via PPT token, or should we support streaming payments (e.g., Superfluid)?
