Update

1. Logging System Enhancements on PIRI repo

• Implemented a new piri log command with list and set-level subcommands.
• Added flexibility to update log levels:
  • piri log set-level <level> updates all logging systems at once.
  • piri log set-level --system <system1> --system <system2> <level> targets specific systems, with support for multiple --system flags.
• Switched to StringSlice for cleaner flag handling and improved user experience.

2. I added the react-syntax-highlighter library on ucan-see-my-request
   • I created new JsonView.tsx component to render JSON with
     syntax highlighting.
   • I updated RequestInspector.tsx to use the JsonView component for
     the capability.nb and receipt.out.ok fields.
     Impact:

• Simplifies log management for developers and operators.
• Supports both system-wide updates and precise tuning of individual systems.

Next Tasks

• Finish up with this Pr Add Firefox support using polyfill ucan-see-my-request#31, still working around on how to properly address the review comment.
