How can I package a directory into a car file with a CID that matches Storacha generated CID?

Hi! I am working directly with an SP to prepare and upload some data in parallel to uploading it to Storacha (I know that's not necessary, but I am trying to compare and contrast the two workflows).

In order to make sure the final uploaded datasets have the same CID, I would like to give the SP clear instructions on what tool they should use to pack the car file such that the CID matches what was generated by Storacha CLI. I think in order to do that the just need to use the ipfs-car utility maintained by your team: https://www.npmjs.com/package/ipfs-car

Is that correct?
