• Experiment Action provider so agent is able to upload file

Update

• with reference to https://github.com/storacha/elizaos-plugin we're able to make agent upload file
  • Difference is CDP agentkit do not accept message attachment in general
  • Thus agent can use the action provider to upload structured data instead (e.g. chain of thought, output of other actions)

• For agent retrieving file https://github.com/storacha/elizaos-plugin currently only show gateway url
  • do we have existing mechanisms to identify if ipfs cid is a directory or single file such that we can safety download everything as a zip when given a cid?

• polish PR and remove draft status

Would need to ask for a CAR file, that would be the DAG. This will give you the entire thing where you can verify block by block to verify.
