Accomplished Tasks

• Used ElizaOS to create an AI travel planner. Agent 1 - telegram bot - Sassport working appropriately as expected
• Evaluated and tested browser use implementation for second agent.
• Researched OpenAI's new toolkit for agents
• Implemented Serp API + Google Gemini as alternative solution

Update

• Initially attempted to use browser functionality for the second agent
  • This proved to be problematic as the library doesn't work properly
  • Implementation was more time-consuming than anticipated
• Considered using OpenAI's new toolkit for agents (released last week)
  • Discovered there's no free quota for the web search functionality we needed
• Successfully implemented Serp API + Google Gemini as the solution
  • Code has been pushed to repository
  • Some refinement is still needed to complete the implementation

• [🔹] Uploading trip related data of users to Storacha

Update

• Storage client is initialized
• CBOR Decode err caused due to malfunctioned Agent delegation was fixed
• Handled Runtime agent with elizaos plugin storagePlugin
• worked alongside client elizaos integration- getStorageClient(runtime) since we have to upload trip data of users when Agent interacts with users through TG Bot

Questions

• Since our storage client is successfully initialized, the major task is how to send trip data of users as attachments through STORAGE_UPLOAD action?

• currently, facing errors and issues in uploading since the conversion of txt msgs to blob or json format isn't working well?
  cannot read properties of undefined reading map from upload.ts function is returned which
  suggests that STORAGE_UPLOAD expects the data or files as attachments.

• I have contacted @fforbeck and we have worked on debugging and figuring out dedicatedly on various ways for achieving this purpose:-

• 🔹upload as blob/attachment
  

• 🔹 create a dedicated TG cmd /upload that prompts users and stores their trip related data and then trigger upload action on Storacha

• 🔹Also, going thru storacha docs, the work on storing conversational history is ongoing, ig, hence, for now we can just upload dir or files, not store messages (which is efficient, cuz we just want the user's trip data to be stored in storacha instead of populating db)

Next Tasks

• I am focusing on first uploading to storacha, however Should we encrypt the data and upload?
• if yes, then we need to use sqlite3 db that is currently locally storing conversational history for Agent A to familiarise itself with user past preferences and interests, here is the workflow:

Agent TripMate interacts with users -----> conversational history stored on sqlite3 -------> when users want to upload their trip data ------> they use cmd /upload then enters their necessary travel details -------> Agent A receives the requisite details , encrypt the data, then trigger STORGAE_UPLOAD action on storacha --------> retrieves/return (STORAGE_RETRIEVE) the Cid to users (web link or IPFS)

• This ensures only the trip data are stored efficiently not the entire convo history.
