Update

We've made significant improvements to the migration tool this week:

Fixed Progress Tracking:

• Resolved issues with the progress calculation that previously showed incorrect percentages
• Ensured the status and phase are consistent and correctly display "COMPLETED" when finished
• Fixed remaining files count to accurately show 0 when migration is complete

Enhanced Logging System:

• Implemented timestamped log files in a dedicated logs directory
• Each migration gets its own detailed log file for debugging and audit purposes
• Log entries include comprehensive metrics: phase, status, percentage, file counts, bytes, and speeds

TypeScript Improvements:

• Added proper type definitions for all interfaces and methods
• Created a new LogEntry interface to support different logging data types
• Updated the MigrationProgress interface with additional properties for better tracking

Speed & Time Calculations:

• Fixed upload speed calculation to use the correct numeric values
• Implemented proper time remaining estimates that show "Complete" when finished
• Added accurate elapsed time tracking

Experiment Results:

• Tested with directory uploads containing multiple file types and sizes
• Verified that progress tracking correctly displays both download and upload phases
• Confirmed that logging system captures detailed metrics throughout the migration process
