Support for rendering custom css classes is missing

1. Create a Richtext Field and add a custom css class
2. Format some text using this class
3. The content of the richtext field is rendered ignoring custom tags

When rendered with richtext it looks as follows:

the same for the text-styles like the color. They are also not applied.
