[Bug- 4] Pagination Issue: URL Updates Without Loading New Content

Describe the bug
The system changes the URL After I am trying to move to the next page, but the content displayed does not update accordingly.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to "https://explorer.story.foundation/"
2. Click on 'Collections' tab.
3. Scroll down to bottom of the page and click on the "NEXT" button.
4. You'll notice that the URL is changed with the page number but no new contents is updated from the previous page.

Expected behavior
I expected that the items displayed on the next page should correspond to the correct subset of data for that page.
