[Bug- 5] Inconsistent Icon Updates During Light/Dark Mode Toggle

Describe the bug
When toggling between light and dark modes, the icon corresponding to the dark mode state does not update in real-time. This inconsistency leads to confusion, as the icon displayed does not match the current mode, increasing the likelihood of mis-clicks.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://explorer.story.foundation'
2. Locate the dark mode toggle button.
3. Toggle the button to switch between light and dark modes.
4. Observe the icon associated with the toggle.

Expected behavior
The icon should dynamically change to reflect the current mode (e.g., a sun for light mode and a moon for dark mode) immediately upon toggling.
