Extend storing of traffic with timestamp #23
Description
Too be able to store a record of the data traffic which includes a timestamp for each telegram, a new binary writer or serializer shall be introduced.
In addition to that, also a corresponding binary reader / deserializer shall be written alike to be able to read it again too.
Generated files shall hold a header that at least holds
- an identifier (magic number)
- a format version number to be able to extend the format later on.
