Add a "level group" shortcode attribute

They customer has a large number of membership levels organized into level groups and finds passing individual level IDs via the `levels` attribute to be inefficient.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
A shortcode attribute/block setting that can be used to display all levels from a level group.
