Hide all all course content, list, lessons, excerpts from non members

Completely lock down course pages so that not even the overview is shown to non-member visitors.

We can hide the list with a custom code now.

Thanks for this, I'm happy with using the snippet as a solution as this is a thing that some people would want and others wouldn't.

Q: Maybe we could hide the lessons list if sites are hiding excerpts (and treat it like an excerpt, as it's previewing content).
